More Than (Sirius) Black

Has anyone else been wondering what’s happened to David St Hubbins in the last year? I haven’t. I’m almost certain that he’s behind the massive media promotion of “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.”
What do we know about this book. Well, it’s big, the Post Office don;t think they can deliver all of Amazon’s copies in time, and someone dies (which isn’t surprising in a book about good and evil where thousands of wizards have already been murdered).
So we actually know nothing about the book. It’s reminiscent of another marketing strategy from a long awaited English creative collaboration. Smell the Glove, by Spinal Tap launched itself on the dark void of nothingness of their “black” album. Can ‘nothing’ really sell something?
I couldn’t agree more. I just want to ask one question. Are we reading “The Goblet of Fire” on stage tonight?
