They didn’t fuck it up. No, not the Star Wars box set, that’s gone for a Burton, but the new Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy Radio Series (of the book “Life The Universe and Everything). From the very begining, with the propoer announcer, the shrill of “Journey of the Sorcerer” to the perfect way they use to get round the fact that Peter Jones is no longer the voice of The Book (I won’t spoil it, but it’s respectful, wonderful and side splittingly, jog-proofly funny), they’ve managed to make something new thats just as it should be, and will fit perfectly with the the first 12 fits.
The same can’t be said of the Star Wars DVD Box Set. As one famous .sig says: “I have altered he Original Trilogy. Pray I don’t alter it any further.”
