Those New N-Gage Titles

The new Q4 N-Gage titles arrived late last week, and while myself and a few others will be doing some in-depth reviews on All About N-Gage shortly, here’s the capsule initial comments so you can decide which to buy.

Ashpalt: Urban GT
Arcade racing game, more Cruisin USA than Gran Turisimo. Looks good, and plays like a fast game. Emphasis is not on real racing, but on speed, avoiding traffic and winning at all costs.

Operation Shadow
You’re the one soldier who can civilisation - developers couldn’t decide if they were making a cartoon (cutscenes) or an ultra realistic Ghost Recon (in game). Need to play more to find out if they ended up with something nice. Still undecided.

Worms World Party
It’s Worms, it works, and it’s bloody brilliant.

FIFA 2005
Looks and plays exactly like FIFA 2004, but now has Blue Monday as the soundtrack, and a zooming FIFA logo between events in the match. These flying logos make it feel like The Day Today on speed.
