What Did Robocop Know?

American television is usually hilarious, especially when it goes into “protect the innocent” mode. Case in point on Saturday night as I’m getting ready to explore San Jose to find somewhere showing “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.” One of the cable channels is showing Robocop.

Now the ITV ‘dubbed for language’ version is absolutely hilarious, but this new dub is one I’ve not heard before. So the big fight in the steelworks, when Kurtwood Smith is hammering Robocop with a steel pole has Smith uttering the classic line:

“Die, you Blogger.”

I wonder just what Murphy would be using as a tool? Movable Type? Wordpress? A custom solution that puts back in harsh language? I demand to know!
