The Glasgow Herald Interviewed me about Podcasting

It’s been a hectic few days for my podcasting exploits. So glad that the All About Symbian and Palm world had a slow news week and some articles already written for the site respectivly, because I’ve been doing a bundle of PR.
The Herald (for those unfamiliar, that’ll be the Glasgow Herald, circulation around 245,000 throughout Scotland) got in touch through the Britcaster Forum. They’re doing a feature on podcasting, and while they’re covering the whole scene, they wanted a bit of focus on podcasters in Scotland. So that’s pretty much me and Mark Hunter over at the Tartan Podcast for the moment (are there any more? Are you one? Get in touch then!). I’l leave what I said for their main article (shoudl be online as well). I’m very interested to see what she took from the conversation. As long as the reporter doesn’t write “so you’re a bit of a John Peel for the internet,” which is how she saw me doing TPN Rock. Because nobody can compare to John Peel and there’s no way I come close to that level of dedication.
Anyway the conversation must have went pretty well, because at the end of it, she asked if she could send a photographer around to grab some pictures for the articles. Sure!
He’s just left now, after a 45 minute session to get the one picture they’re going to use. I have no idea which it will be, although given that 95% of them had me holding the Tablet PC with [a slogan] prominently displayed, fingers crossed it’ll be visible in the final article. Now, I wonder who can work out what slogan I would have put on the Tablet?
