No World Record Waltzers For Me

I’m a bit upset today. I’ve been looking around for some wacky new project (as if Orgasmatones and TPN Rock weren’t enough? - Crow) and I had come across an idea of setting a World Record at something. But it had to be something that typified me, that came across as “only Ewan would do that.”

I wanted to set an endurance record for statying on a Waltzer.

Dear Mr Spence

Thank you for sending us the details of your recent record proposal for ‘Longest Time On The Fairground ridecalled Waltzers’. We are afraid to say that we are unable to accept this as a Guinness World Record.

We regret that it is simply not possible for us to list separate records for endurance riding on every individual theme park ride in the world, or even for every different type of ride currently in use. For this reason we currently only list such records for roller coasters (the current record is 9 days non-stop) and ferris wheels (24 hr 9 min), since they are by far the most common theme park rides around the world.
