PodShow Updates Terms and Conditions

One of the marks of people paying attention is reacting to developing situations. Where it normally takes months to react for a big business, the blogsphere kinda neuters that. So kudos to Podshow for a fast TnC update, as detailed here by C. C. Chapman
The next time Podcasters sign into the Podsafe Music Network they will see these updated terms. The ones people had problems with has been reworded to simply say:
“PodShow is not responsible for the content of the podcasts on the network. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your content and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to obtain any and all necessary licenses, rights or grants, for your podcast and any other material that is in it. You also agree and acknowledge that PodShow will not act as an arbritor of any disputes, and all claims are your sole responsibility”
That more clearly states what we were trying to say in the last agreement. Hopefully everyone will dig these better.

Nice one guys - as detailed on my previous post, I still don’t think Podshow is for my unsigned rock bands podcast, TPN Rock, but make sure you read the new Terms and Condtions if you think it’s for you.
