Lease is Up on Current Hosue

Aw nuts. We’re not getting the lease renewed on the house in Leith. Anyone know of a good rent in Edinburgh (preferrably in the Leith area) with three bedrooms, starting August or September time?

And yes, those of you who know history will realise I had to move during the Edinburgh Festival in 2005 as well as this year. What goes around comes around I guess but it’s driving me equally mad and to tears at the same time right now.
