That Funky Web 2.0 Button Bar At The Bottom Of The Blog
One of the things I’m getting mails (and tweets, and facebooks, and whatever is getting the Verb 2.0 treatment) is the icon strip I have running at the bottom of the blog. Go on, scroll down now…

…basically it’s a link out to all the myriad of sites where I have a presence. I’m assuming that people using the sites will recognise the logos. After all we’ve got some of the big 2.0 names there (Twitter, Jaiku, etc) alongside sites where I do writing (All About Symbian, Blognation, Corante, etc).
And I hate to disappoint you all, but it’s hand coded. Now if someone out there wants to work it into a plug-in then by all means do so (a central place for those 48×48 icons would be nice, I had to put together a few myself). What is nice though is the traffic that it seems to drive. Each new icon for a service sees a spike in people matching up to me, so it does serve a purpose in all this text!

Cool, it’s better idea than adding little “digg this” etc. links to each post. I’m sorry to say our musical compatibility on last.fm is “very low” :(
