You mean as a couple. May I remind you that James and Rose would be cousins (first for that matter). Did you forget Ron and Ginny are brohter and sister.
The only hook-up that could happen would be Scorpius to prevent some sort of inbreeding scandal.

Rose and Scorpius, definetly… A lot of people go for Lily/Scorpius, but I like R/S better… And totally Lily/Hugo… I know they’re cousins, but it’s only in our imagination anyways… I’ve alredy started writing R/S Fics, and there’s already plenty out there… If you wanna read some, try Fanfiction.com , best website ever ;D!
