“Is TV Dead?” BBC Podcast featuring Me!

At the recent TV Un-Festival, ably put on by Ian Forrester, Matthew Cashmore and the BBC Backstage team, a 30 minute podcast was recorded on the subject of “Is TV Dead?” Alongside Brian Butterworth (UKFree.tv), Michael Sparks (BBC R&D) and George Wright (BBC Interactive) was a certain Ewan Spence of The Podcast Network…

A lively discussion, with the key point (in my view) is that there will always be a magic light in the corner of your room called Television, but how the picture gets there is what is changing - analogue at 21-32 uhf is dead, but other mechanisms will rise and fall.
