Del.icio.us and Twitter on the Blog

So the last week I’ve been running automatic scripts to capture and post my updates both to Twitter and Del.ici.ous to see how I feel about them. I read a number of blogs that use these and wanted to see if they would help here.

I’ve decided to switch off the Twitter plug-in. With Twitter being more a global IM conversation than a blogging place, the updates just don’t feel right being taken out of their context. So I’ve decided to switch that off. The Del.icio.us links I’m going to keep up, at least while I’m traveling in the US and Europe for the next few weeks.

Of course you can still keep up with me at http://www.twitter.com/ewanspence, and I’m playing around with adding Twitter into the “Web 2.0 Guide to Me” in the footer.
