I’ll Be Hosting A SXSW Social Breakfast - You’re All Invited

Yes there are lots of these going on at the moment in certain Web 2.0 circles - the Social breakfasts, with a chosen venue where anyone and everyone can turn up - and while I’m reasonably sure that something like this would happen in Austin, I’ve decided to post up details on my first breakfast in Austin, label it as a “Social Breakfast” and see who turns up.

So here’s the deal. Saturday 8th March, at Magnolia’s Cafe, 1920 South Congress Avenue, Austin, TX78704, I’ll be sitting down to breakfast at 8am. The first panel starts at 10am, and Anil’s Kickball event is at 10.30, so there’s more than enough time to get in the pancakes, syrup, breakfast burritto and whatever else will get you through the day before heading back into town. Yes it is a little way out, but trust me, this place is gorgeous (see my thoughts from last year).
