Symbianites Scold Scoble on the Insight Podcast

Fun and games as usual on the All About Symbian Insight podcast. In a slow news week, the discussions between Steve, Rafe and myself come to the fore, and it’s only right to thank Robert Scoble for this post (Europe no longer matters to lead position in mobile), because it sparked of so much discussion that we actually had to push back some other material for next week’s show.

Good podcast! I might respond someday. I think you all are clueless about what’s going on in your own back yard, but it makes sense since you’re doing a Symbian podcast and need to cheer for the Symbian team.

The pros and cons on the OS debate mirror every debate in tech over many years (and keeps us all in material), so I’ll leave the *why* I think you’re wrong tot he podcast, Robert! Needless to say it’s not just about backyards, but world views.

what I will say though is that people who read All Abotu Symbian, and especially those who listen to the podcasts know that our default position is not to “cheer for the team” but to be constructivly critical in most regards.
